The Swiss company Creative Perfume Company SA announced the acquisition of the American niche fragrance brand Vilhelm Parfumerie.

WHO: Vilhelm Parfumerie is a New York-based niche fragrance house founded by Jan Ahlgren in 2015 in collaboration with Robertet perfumer Jerome Epinette.
